Established in 1994, in Itaewon Koreana Antiques has been providing both natives and expats with furniture for decades. The owner Symon worked as a Consular Assistant for the British Embassy in Seoul before venturing out into antiques and restoration in 1987. He speaks impeccable English and also welcomes orders for customised made-to-measure furniture. This month Koreana opens its new store on the outskirts of Seoul near to the stunning Lake Hanyeowul Hosumaeol. The store is large and has a large array of Asian furniture, original Koreana design pieces as well as many other treasures including decorative wall pieces, mother of pearl jewellery cases, Korean ducks and garden statues.
Koreana Antiques Restoration
Koreana also restores older pieces of furniture that need a new lease of life. Seoul antique store Koreana can pick up furniture for restoration and offers a delivery service too.
