The Royal Culture Festival is organized every year in the five Royal Palaces, Jongmyo Shrine and Sajikdan Altar in Seoul. Through a variety of activities held both online and offline, guests will have the opportunity to experience the real Korean royal culture and gain knowledge about these important Korean cultural heritage sites, all while having lots of fun.

Festival Programs

The programs in the festival include online and offline exhibitions, experiential programs, ceremonial rituals, an online children’s royal culture festival, a palace photo contest, the royal guard exchange ceremony and many others!

How to get there

There are several locations where the festival is held: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Changgyeonggung Palace, Deoksugung Palace, Gyeonghuigung Palace, Jongmyo Shrine and Sajikdan Altar.
