Operated by Alabama native Linus Kim, this Itaewon-based joint serves the finest Southern-style barbecue in Korea. Try the brisket sandwich, which comes with a side of skinny fries and coleslaw. The meat is juicy but very tender and almost falls off the bone.
Expect to spend at least 30,000 KRW for a two-person meal. The restaurant includes a bar and outdoor seating area. In a nod to their Alabama roots, you’ll hear classic rock music playing on the speakers. Also, the staff at Linus’ are all fluent English speakers.

Linus’ Bama Style BBQ started with their original classic pulled pork, pork ribs and beef brisket served with original BBQ sauces and has now expanded the menu to include chili, beef rib, special Alabama-style smoked chicken with white sauce, handmade sausages and others.
