Often shortened to Olpark, Seoul Olympic Park was built to host the 1988 Summer Olympics as has remained as a leisure facility for people to enjoy. The park contains various sport-stadiums, an eco-friendly forest and spacious grassy fields.
The park is divided into four park zones, which include the Cultural Art Park enjoy unique cultural experiences and performances, especially focused on the 1988 Seoul Olympics. The Leisure Sports Park includes walking/jogging paths, an acupressure path, an inline skating area, and large open fields. The Environmental Eco-Park, the History Experience Park in which you can visit museums in.
Due to the large area of Olympic Park (approximately 1.45 million ㎡), it can take over 3 hours to explore everything, so visitors are advised to familiarise themselves with the entrances, exits and travel routes before they start.
