Wasteupso is a community-based zero waste grocery store that provides food, home goods and zero waste products to ensure sustainability with as little waste as possible. You can also shop online through their website and your products will be packaged in donated sterilized glass jar or paper bags for easy recycling ensuring a guilt-free shopping experience and reduced taxes in waste management and collection.

Wasteupso also provides services such as weekday shopping for free, business or school zero-waste consultation for 75,000 won per hour and in-home zero-waste consultation for 50,000 won per hour. You can schedule an appointment with them through their e-mail.

How To Shop With Wasteupso

  • Take your container and place it on the scale with its lid on and record its weight.
  • Fill your container with as little or as much as you want.
  • Weigh your container on the scale.
  • Label your container with the new weight.
  • Pay using cash, debit/credit card, money transfer, Kakao pay or zero pay.

They open from Monday to Friday by appointment only and from Saturday to Sunday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
