Very Good

In Korea it's hard to find hairdressers who know how to cut fine Western hair so it builds volume and uses cowlicks and thinning hair to advantage. Lucy gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in the 12 years living in Korea. And her English is very good. Right across from Hyundai Dept. Store at Sinchon Station, it's so convenient too.

I did some research as I have, HAD, platina blonde hair and wanted to get my roots done as they had grew out quite a lot. I heard and read about Lucy, they used Olaplex too so even tho my hair is Scandinavian I thought they might have experience with non-Asian hair.

no, no they did not. First of all, the one thing the stylist tells me as the person starts working on my hair “Korean bleach is weaker than Western so we’ll leave it in for longer”?????????????

The results was horrible. My scalp turn red and stung and irritated since they had left it in for too long. My hair was splotchy and yellow. They did neither TONE my hair NOR EVEN CONDITION AFTER???? They washed it with silver schampoo and I had chosen Olaplex. Even I know that the Olaplex you use AFTER bleaching is supposed to sit in for 20 min~, THEY WASHED IT OUT IMMIDATELY. A lot of my hat got bleached off as well.

Even the application was wrong, I knew that just from looking at YouTube videos and they’re supposed to be professionals. They just dabbed it on like it was schampoo and started kneading.

Luckily after a lot of home treatments and silver schampooing of my own I managed to salvage it. But they were NOT good nor professional.
