Hair & Joy opened in Hongdae in 2009 and have been well-loved by foreign customers since. Hair & Joy hire hairdressers with their foreign clientele in mind. Interestingly, there is a mixture of designers with a license from foreign countries as well as a license from right here in Korea.
Hair & Joy is exclusively a hair salon and does not offer other beauty services like massages or nails.
