Paolo de Maria is a fine dining trattoria with an extensive menu featuring every Italian dish you can think of. This restaurant is the first restaurant opened by Paolo de Maria, the former executive chef of the Italian restaurant Bona Sera. Keep in mind that the fine dining tag may result in a pricier bill.
The rustic interiors remind one of the Italian countryside and will make you feel right at home. The Pappardelle al Barbera Caramellato Saltate (28,000 KRW) is pasta served with cheese fondue and red wine.
