The Harvard Krokodiloes in Seoul
Renaissance Seoul Hotel, Trevi Lounge
The Krokodiloes are Harvard University’s oldest a cappella singing group, founded in 1946. They’ve performed around the world for key figures including Ella Fitzgerald, Princess Grace of Monaco, The Aga Khan, King Bhumibol of Thailand, Yo-Yo Ma and Julia Roberts.
The Krokodiloes today consist of twelve all-male tuxedo-clad undergraduates who sing songs from the Great American Songbook and beyond. They are on a world tour and have added Seoul to their schedule, performing at the Trevi Lounge of the Renaissance Seoul Hotel on June 20th from 8 pm to 8:45 pm and 9 pm to 9:45 as well as on June 21st from 2 pm to 2:30 pm, 3 pm to 3:30 pm, and 4 pm to 4:30 pm. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy this style of music. Watch the Krokodiloes sing “Fever” to get a preview.
Trevi Lounge will offer a variety of cocktails and tasting plates for the event. Manhattan Grill will also offer a special set menu with wine pairings for the evening. There is no separate entrance fee. For more information, call Renaissance Seoul Hotel at 02-2222-8627.
