Le Club Accorhotels, the Accor Group’s multi-brand loyalty program, was named Hotel Loyalty Program of the Year in Asia Pacific/Oceania/Middle East and also awarded the Program of the Year for Europe/Africa at this year’s Freddie Awards, the most prominent recognition award in the travel loyalty industry. Accor also won two other awards for Best Promotion for its “Receive up to €160 in Points” campaign in the same regions. This record haul of four gongs at what is considered the most prestigious consumer-generated awards program in loyalty demonstrates that Le Club Accorhotels is an industry leader in hotel loyalty programs.
“Winning these Freddie Awards is especially exciting as it reflects our guests’ opinions,” said Javier Cedillo-Espin, Senior Vice President Loyalty and Customer Expertise at Accor Asia Pacific. “In the past years, we have not only doubled our member base in Asia Pacific but we also continued to enhance the generosity of the program by listening to our guests. This involves delivering rewards and benefits that are meaningful whenever they travel.”
Le Club Accorhotels is the only hotel loyalty program that allows members to use their points at more than 2500 hotels globally, without any validity or availability restrictions. Earning and burning points is quicker and easier at Le Club Accorhotels, the Group’s multi-brand loyalty program for Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure, ibis, ibis Styles, Adagio and Thalassa Sea & Spa. This year, Le Club Accorhotels has launched a massive point offering for its Asia Pacific hotels to reward and recognize members, which runs through July 31, 2015. The promotion will provide members the opportunity to earn triple points when they stay at selected Accor properties from luxurious city-centre hotels to resorts in 17 Asia Pacific countries including South Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and others. Accor bonus points offer returns bigger and better with special reward for Platinum members giving them the opportunity to earn four times more points in the program.
