On Tuesday, March 19 at 7PM, Dwight School Seoul and Lindenbaum Pre-College are proud to welcome Professor Tod Machover to their main auditorium stage to share about his projects and passions and discuss a new venture that involves Seoul and the Koreas. Professor Machover’s speech is titled “Musical Creativity for Connecting Communities, Cities and Countries”.
Tod Machover has been called “America’s most wired composer” by the Los Angeles Times and is widely recognized as the “Grandfather of Guitar Hero” (the video game). A Professor of Music and Media and the MIT Media Lab since its inception in 1985, Mr. Machover has collaborated with Yo-Yo Ma, Prince and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. He was also a finalist for the 2012 Pulitzer Prize in Music. You can see his TED Talk speech in the video below.
