Currently holed up in Dongdaemun-gu, the restaurant serves traditional Korean seolleongtang and bulgogi.\r\n\r\nThe menu\u2019s standout is cow head seolleongtang \u2013 but don\u2019t worry, the \u201ccow head\u201d part just refers to the broth, which comes to life after hours of simmering in preparation.
