Chueotang is a soup made from ground freshwater mudfish, cooked with a variety of vegetables, soy bean paste, red pepper paste and ash seed powder.\u00a0The restaurant serves their mudfish soup with noodles.\r\n\r\nThe restaurant&#8217;s location makes it a must-do on Seoul\u2019s tourist circuit; situated near Cheonggyecheon stream, it\u2019s in prime position to round out a sightseeing adventure in Seoul with a hot bowl of chueotang.
