Wild Wave Brewing Co. in Busan

Wild Wave Brewing Co. is located near Gwangalli Beach in Busan, South Korea. Wild Wave Brewing Co. is the first craft brewery in Korea to focus on special sour and wild beer flavors. The Wild Wave team is dedicated to the brewing process and focuses on delivering the best of artisanal and craft beers to its patrons. Wild Wave seeks original beer flavors from all over Asia while still maintaining its own unique quality of beer.

The Wild Wave Brewery

Wild Wave Brewing Co. first started operating in 2015 in partnership with other small breweries sharing a pub in Busan. Since then, Wild Wave has grown to open their own western-style craft brewery and are proud to currently distribute 15 types of beer nationwide. At their brewery, Wild Wave also runs their own beer pub, serving their craft, seasonal, and limited edition beer. Wild Wave Brewing also offers an area for some fine dining to pair with their specialty beer.

In addition to their great beer, Wild Wave Brewing Co. also offers visitors the option to take private tours of their brewery. The Wild Wave Brewery tour offers visitors a personal look at the brewing process that goes into making the Wild Wave craft beers and a look at the back brewery area. During certain times of the year, Wild Wave will also host special events in partnership with their brewery including live music performances and beach clean-ups.

To get to Wild Wave Brewing Co. in Busan you can take the subway for the fastest transportation. You can take the subway to Songjeong station on the Donghae line and leave from exit 1. From exit 1, you will turn right and walk to the nearest crosswalk. After crossing the street, you will turn left and continue walking to the nearest street across from the station. If you take a right at the street opening you will see Wild Wave Brewing Co. on your left side.

Open Mic Night – Live Music, Comedy & Poetry

Contemporary bar The Dead Poets are hosting fun-filled open mic nights every Friday. This is the place to be for those who feel like expressing themselves through song, dance, poetry readings or comedy – in any language! Sign up is open to all starting at 9:00pm on a first-come-first-served basis, so head in early! Performances start at 10:00pm and go all the way until closing. Enjoy sharing your talent as a performer, or sit back and grab a drink in the audience. Either way – you’ll enjoy the show! Admission is free to all, and so is a drink for performers!

Club Brand Nu

Even though Brand Nu can get a little crowded on the weekends, it is a great source of hip-hop for both foreigners and locals alike. Located in one of the hippest locations in Seoul, Hongdae, Brand Nu is widely known as one of the best hip-hop clubs in town.

Craft Hans prides its own brewery and “beer laboratory” where they create specially designed tastes including a classic pale ale, mango ale, Han’s Pilsner and dark ale. Since the opening, Trevier opened nine branches around South Korea.Fundoori (펀두리) is an Asian-fusion restaurant and pub that serves premium beers, spirits, and cocktails along with an exciting menu of tandoori chicken-based meals. Fundoori serves amazing Indian food along with a great selection of alcoholic beverages that will keep you refreshed all night. Not only does it have amazing food, but it also has an amazing atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. Fundoori is great for both foreigners and locals trying to enjoy new and interesting foods in Seoul. The pub is filled with nice people, international atmosphere, and tasty Indian food, so there will surely never be a boring second in there.

MADE Restaurant

Established in 2014, MADE is a restaurant and catering service that serves casual Italian-American classics and New American bistro dishes. MADE offers affordable and fast service within a contemporary cafe setting with emphasis on local ingredients and in-house prep to ensure healthy meals are served.

Menu

Influenced by Italian-American cuisine with an emphasis on meatballs and parm, customers can mix and customize various sauces, carb and protein to create their own entree. The popular item on their menu is their chicken parm and eggplant parm with side dishes including fried mozzarella, arancini and baked ziti. Opening our doors in May 2014, The Beastro serves uniquely American dishes and inventive cocktails in the heart of Hongdae, Seoul. Devil’s Door Seoul

The Shinsegae Group has decided to muscle in on the craft beer craze by launching Devil’s Door, an American-style gastropub which is a craft beer brewery and restaurant, located at Seoul’s Express Bus Terminal and across the street from their Shinsegae Department Store at Central City.

Food & Drinks

Aside from the sprawling brew facilities and beer on tap, Devil’s door offers 30 different kinds of everyday favorite dishes such as burgers, pizzas, pasta, salads and many others at an affordable price. Their menu include warm mushroom salad, shrimp chopped salad, Mexican caesar salad, tomato and mozzarella pasta, tomato shrimp risotto, mushroom risotto, paprika cream pasta, ultimate devil’s burger, smoky bacon cream pizza, taco pizza, spiced meatballs & ricotta, BBQ pork ribs, devil’s fried chicken, grilled striploin steak, grilled sausage platter and many delicious snacks.

Most importantly, don’t leave devil’s door without trying either the devil’s door pale ale, devil’s door IPA, devil’s door stout or the Helles Lager.

They also host a program for customers interested in brewing their own ale to be able to participate in the brewing process along with a brewing master.
