Foreign-owned and operated, this bar knows how to deliver on Western culture a block from the beach in Busan. They frequently host live music performances and expat-focused events, including Karaoke Night, Open Mic Nights and more. N. American owners John and Neal are sure to make you feel right at home despite your location thousands of miles from any Stars and Stripe or Maple Leaves.

Live sports are another specialty, so catch all your favorite NBA, NFL, NHL games live, and they’re known to put on a periodic Cornhole tournament as well. Head over for all numbered UFC fights and put in a request for fights missing a number.

Holiday dinners are big at HQ Bar, including Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Expect really great drink specials, especially on off-nights like Monday and Wednesdays, and occasionally they’ll pour some tremendous local brews from Busan’s very own Galmegi Brewery at very special prices.
