Seoul Queer Culture Festival (Pride Parade) 2019

Seoul Queer Culture Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary this June. The name of the festival was changed in 2018 from Seoul Queer Parade to Seoul Queer Culture Festival. “Since it first took place in 2000, The Queer Culture Festival has strived to increase LGBT visibility and to make it known that LGBT people are fellow citizens, living in this society together. Anyone who supports the LGBT community is welcome to participate in the Seoul Queer Culture Festival.” Held at Seoul Plaza in downtown Seoul, the event will also include more than 80 booths with special programs, “Welcome” stage performances and “Celebration” stages performances after the parade.

Address: 110 Sejong-daero, Euljiro 1(il)-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea Seoul Plaza is located just right next to the City Hall subway Station. You can either take the subway line 2 and go out at exit 6, or take the subway line 1 and go out at exit 5.
