The largest African fashion show in Asia returns to Seoul

The Seoul Africa Fashion Show (SAFS) will return to Seoul for its third year on November 2, 2019 at the Platoon Kunstalle in Gangnam at 6 p.m. The venue doors will open at 5 p.m. “Seoul Africa Fashion Show is a night of high fashion, music, and culture that delivers an exciting experience bridging Africans and Koreans through art and beauty” says Seoul Africa Fashion Show creative director, Rosemary Manso. SAFS aims to promote up and coming African and Korean fashion designers along with aspiring models on a global platform. Last year, SAFS had an audience of more than 1,000 people including renowned fashion photographers, international press, and celebrities in attendance. The 2018 fashion show featured five designers and 30 models at the famous Dongdaemum Design Plaza. This year’s show will be hosted at the Platoon Kunstalle where the Vogue Korea Fashion Show and Survival Fashion Show Korea are also hosted. The show will also feature unique collections from the finalist of the fashion student designer competition. For more information, please visit the Seoul Africa Fashion Show website.
