Third Tunnel of Aggression Tour

The Third Tunnel of Aggression is a tunnel built by the North Koreans in the 1970s and discovered by South Koreans in 1978. It stretches under the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and visitors can walk the tunnel for 265m before having to turn back for obvious security reasons.This visit is available as part of DMZ tour. There are 2 courses that access to the 3rd tunnel of aggression, A Course and B Course. You will be able to visit the tunnel but also Dorasan Station, Dora Observatory, and Imjingak.For more information on the tours available to visit the tunnel, please click here.

Running days & hours

Tours are running from 9:20 (first shuttle) to 15:30 (last shuttle).

Cost

A course is 11,700 won for adults and B Course is 9,00 won for adults.

Location

Both courses are starting at Imjingak.Address: 177, Imjingak-ro, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-doTo get there, you can take bus number 058 or bus number 93-9 (weekends only). Both are departing next to Munsan station (Gyeongui–Jungang Line) exit 1, at the 한진1차.문산역 정류장 bus stop. Go out at exit 1, cross the road in direction of Ediya coffee, go straight and then turn left. The bus stop is almost facing Pizza School (which is on the opposite side of the road).On weekends, you can take bus number 7300 departing from Hongik station bus stop. To go to the bus stop, go out at exit 1, keep straight until you see Starbucks. The bus stop is located a few meters before Starbucks.Don’t forget to get down at Imjingak bus stop.
