Food & Culture Korea Academy invites those interested in Korean cuisine into its kitchen. Whether you simply want a cultural experience, or you’re an avid cook who wants to learn Korean cuisine seriously, the Food & Culture Korea Academy has a hands-on cooking class for you.
The academy was established in 2002 and continues to teach Korean cooking classes for foreigners from many different countries.
At an additional charge, participants can experience wearing hanbok (5,000 won) or visiting a nearby traditional market (Tongin market) to buy ingredients for a special kitchen experience. The programs are offered from 9am to 6pm (except Sundays), and a minimum of two persons is required for each lesson.
