Busan is Korea’s quintessential summer town, and what better time to visit than during the scorching days of August? The 19th Annual Busan Sea Festival is a week long soirée, held at four of the city’s main beaches: Haeundae, Gwangalli, Songjeong, and Songdo.
The festival features performances on stages set up right in the sand, as well as numerous water sports activities. Entire parts of the town turn into one big beach party, and a visit to Busan during this time is guaranteed to be a kick in the pants.
