It’s out! Finally the iPhone 5 is here. Thinner but with a bigger screen, speed up with LTE, new maps, improved SIRI, Facebook integration, this is a huge jump in technology. Still no second battery though!
Well, it’s not really here yet though. When is the Korea release date? According to the Joongang Daily, we’re probably looking at a release date of September 28th. Expect to see the posters saying they’re taking pre-orders at your local SK or KT store in a week or two.
Preliminary sales of iPhone 5 MIGHT starts on the 26th of October, and the launch date will be on the 2nd of November according to one Korean article.
Both KT and SKTelecom will have the same schedule.
The price will be the same with iPhone4S.

Have you heard of SK or KT doing any buy back program for customer with the 4s? Would be cool to upgrade.
